Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients/accounts.

Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests is a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.

To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, the selected individual will provide excellent service and support.

Sales and Revenue Generation Strategies
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and sales goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations for clients.
Effective Account Planning and Management

Create account plans outlining strategies for account growth and retention.

Analyze account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.

Forecast sales, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborative Cross-Functional Teamwork

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and support to address client needs effectively.

Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams for product/service enhancement.

Market and Competitor Analysis Expertise

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into account management strategies.
