- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, and develop long-term partnerships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Operations and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to senior management, and oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreements.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. They will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, and knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
