Help Desk Operations Lead

**Job Summary:**
The AMICO Group is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level IT support, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring system availability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as knowledge of computer systems and internet security.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective help desk operations, manage IT tickets, and analyze customer feedback. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+), and at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
