Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Google Cloud to join our team at CNTXT. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of Google Cloud products by our customers.
Key Accountabilities:- Lead the adoption of Google Cloud products by guiding customers through their implementation journey.
- Advocate for customer needs, working with Google to remove adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leading quarterly business reviews and strategic sessions to align Google Cloud services with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product launches and customer events.
- Create best practices and reference assets from customer engagements to improve processes and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
