Job OverviewThe Frac Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Frac operations to our customers. This role identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work instructions, and manages risk during service delivery. The position reports to the PSD Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Safe and Efficient Operations
Ensure that all Frac operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Identify Opportunities for ImprovementContinuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work instructions, and manage risk during service delivery.
Deliver High-Quality ResultsEnsure that job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Plan and Execute Service DeliveryPlan, prepare, and execute service delivery to customers, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
Participate in Continuous ImprovementParticipate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Develop Customer RelationshipsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting company products and services.
Ensure ComplianceEnsure that all company and regulatory standards are met, implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Lead Service Quality MeetingsLead Service Quality Meetings with customers, improving performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality InitiativesParticipate in HSE and Quality initiatives, ensuring that all company standards are met.
Wear Personal Protective EquipmentWear personal protective equipment and observe HSE policies at all times.
Maintain Safety TrainingMaintain the required safety training and certifications.
Provide Backup SupportProvide backup support to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
Requirements- Years of Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in Frac operations.
Degree and QualificationAny degree and qualification level.
Strong HSE and Customer Service SkillsStrong HSE skills and customer service skills.
Fluency in EnglishFluency in English.
