- Plan and coordinate operations activities, including scheduling and allocating resources and operators during peak times.
- Monitor and report on team performance on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers to advise and support services restoration, ensuring that all activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with site-based teams and line managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Train and familiarize operators with assigned services, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage and coordinate work floor supervision, ensuring that all activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for the performance management and assignment of service activities to operators, ensuring that all activities are executed properly and in a timely manner.
- Identify and isolate activities to ensure that work can be carried out safely for all parties, including maintenance engineers and third parties.
- Ensure healthy throughput and baggage flow, executing SOPs and contingencies during breakdowns.
- Coordinate with line managers internally for alignment with stakeholders on daily basis for operations-related activities.
- Middle-level technical education.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Baggage Operation.
- Minimum 2 years team leader experience.
- Team builder and work floor supervisor.
- Communicate, read, and write the English language (mid to high level).
- Proper communication capabilities.
