Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the food category, focusing on increasing market share, improving sales performance, and driving customer loyalty.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams, such as advertising, affiliate marketing, and partnerships with suppliers, to monetize the platform and generate additional income beyond product sales.
  • Oversee the product assortment for the food category, ensuring that products are competitively priced, aligned with customer demand, and strategically positioned to maximize sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales development, category management, or business development within e-commerce or retail, with a strong focus on food or FMCG categories.
