Job Summary:
LAWAZEM | لوازم seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the sales field.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in Arabic and English.
