**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in Russia and CIS countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets in Russia and CIS countries.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • IDentify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the Russian market.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in Russian is essential, along with proficient English language skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in Russian-speaking markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Able to travel frequently to Russia and CIS countries for business purposes.
