About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chief of Accounts to join our team at Minerets Tech in Saudi Arabia – Jeddah. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling finances for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS & VAT regulations.
  • Manage daily accounting entries on the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of all customers' accounts, vendors, and employees, including payroll benefits and obligations.
  • Follow up with banks and prepare banking reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the sales tax department and social security department to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize an Accounting Software program to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Validate purchases and ensure that all purchase transactions are made through pre-approved vendors.
Qualifications
  • You are a motivated and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.

  • You are a team player who can work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • You possess strong language skills, with fluency in English & Arabic.

  • You are well-versed with IFRS & VAT regulations and have experience with consolidation of multiple projects.
