Arbete Careers is a leading recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia, and we are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Junior Façade Estimator to join our clients' team in the Metal Industry.
We are offering a competitive salary of SAR 12,000 - 18,000 per month (approximately $3,200 - $4,800 USD), depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in cost estimating for curtain wall systems or related construction fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is also essential.
The role involves identifying façade scope of work from received packages/drawings, conducting quantity take-offs, and preparing and pricing BOQs. The successful candidate will also analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements, gather and update prevailing market rates, and prepare comprehensive tender documents.
