We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Foreground LLC in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive growth and expansion in the food manufacturing industry.

Estimated Salary: SR 12,000 - SR 15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the food sector.
  • Identify key business opportunities, including new market segments and large clients in the B2B space.
  • Pursue sales initiatives through existing client relationships and new business acquisition.

Main Areas of Focus:

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Design and implement sales plans to expand our presence in the Saudi food market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data to inform future business development strategies.
Account Management and Relationship Building
  • Nurture relationships with high-value clients in the foodservice and retail sectors.
  • Foster strong partnerships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term collaborations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Lead Generation and Business Development
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and follow up on targeted outreach.
Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of our products and industry standards to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Present product offerings to clients, understanding their needs and providing value-added solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences in the food industry.
Negotiation and Closing Sales
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements with business clients.
  • Use advanced sales techniques to close deals, while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
  • Handle objections with effective problem-solving strategies and adjust proposals to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the food manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and managing business accounts, with a focus on driving revenue and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English required to communicate effectively with both local and international clients.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the Saudi food sector.
