Job Overview

PetroApp | بتروآب is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers and clients to sell products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential customers and promote our offerings.
  2. Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new leads through various means.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Effectively handle customer objections and provide solutions or alternatives.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  8. Report on sales activities, results, and market feedback to the sales manager or team leader.
RequirementsSkills and Experience
  1. Sales Experience: We are looking for individuals with previous experience in sales, preferably in b2b/corporate environments.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  3. Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to persuade and negotiate effectively is crucial to closing sales.
  4. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are necessary to address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  7. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
  8. Attention to Detail: Accurate recording of information and follow-up actions.
