Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Rawaj HCM Jobs. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR initiatives are innovative, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Attract and retain top talent by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and providing training and development opportunities to employees.
  • Strategic HR Operations: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ensure that HR systems and processes are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting regular employee feedback and surveys, and developing and implementing recognition and reward programs.
  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide HR expertise and guidance to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business needs.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Develop and implement HR systems and processes that support business objectives, including HRIS, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a multi-disciplinary HR department.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic to handle diverse organizational needs.
  • Advanced skills in HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR departments and staff.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, coupled with robust communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, particularly regarding labor disputes and contract management.
  • Ability to align HR management strategies with overall business objectives.
