Senior Contract Administrator

Job Summary:
El-Takamol is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contract documentation, managing change orders, and ensuring timely billing and collection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review contract documentation, including change orders and proposed change orders.
• Manage the change order process, including coordination with relevant parties and maintenance of a change order log.
• Ensure timely billing and collection, eliminating any possible disputes over change order administration.
• Compare contract documents to accounting system entries and resolve any deviations to ensure accurate job values.
• Organize and prepare billing documentation to ensure all contract activity is billed and coordinate billing interface with fact system.
• Maintain awareness of customer relationships and provide feedback to maximize client retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of experience in office work, documentation, and control.
