- Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of business development professionals. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development.
- Hospitality industry experience

- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
