About the Relationship:

We value long-term partnerships and seek a skilled Key Account Specialist to develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with hypermarkets and supermarkets to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, promotions, and shelf space agreements to maximize product visibility.
  • Ensure timely order placement, stock replenishment, and optimal inventory levels.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within modern trade channels.
  • Implement sales promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the Riyadh retail market and key modern trade players.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
