Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced HR professional who can serve as a strategic advisor to the business sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development. They will be responsible for supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning processes. Additionally, they will lead HR-related change initiatives and utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business needs.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team to recruit high-calibre talent aligned with business needs.
- Develop initiatives that promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Guide management on performance issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. CIPD or SHRM Certification is a plus.
