Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology Strategy to lead our technology team and drive digital transformation across the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports our mission to deliver world-class healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technology Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap that drives innovation, improves operational efficiency, and enhances patient experience.
  2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Management: Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support core business operations such as finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
  3. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies to protect company data and customer information.
  4. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or equivalent position.
  3. Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent project management, strong communication and leadership abilities, deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
