We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the compensation and benefits strategy for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role will be responsible for designing, benchmarking, and implementing total rewards policies that align with both local labor laws and global best practices.

About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position within Keeta's HR department, requiring expertise in compensation, benefits, market benchmarking, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

**Benefits Management & Policy Development**

  • The ideal candidate will design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with industry standards and local regulations.
  • They will conduct vendor negotiations and contract management to optimize benefits offerings across different MENA countries.
  • The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • They will drive employee engagement and awareness by effectively communicating total benefit programs.
  • Additionally, they will conduct periodic benefits utilization analysis to assess program effectiveness and propose enhancements.

**Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking**

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement a competitive compensation framework tailored to MENA markets.
  • They will conduct market benchmarking and pay structure analysis to ensure salaries remain competitive and aligned with business needs.

**Governance & Compliance**

  • The candidate must ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with local employment laws and company guidelines.
  • They will keep up to date with regulatory changes in employment, taxation, and social security laws across MENA.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to HR business partners and senior leaders on total rewards strategies.

**Requirements & Experience**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA labor laws, tax regulations, and market trends related to total rewards.
  • Experience with market benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading regional projects and managing vendor relationships is a plus.
