Outlet Performance Strategist

About the Role
The Area Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction at Patchi Café. This challenging and rewarding position demands a strategic thinker who can balance commercial objectives with employee engagement and customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance outlet performance, optimize sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure outstanding results.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR Department and line management positions to effectively hire, train, and promote staff within the assigned Outlets.
- Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns promptly, resolving issues in accordance with Patchi Café's standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant experience and proven capability in management.
- At least 8 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including managerial exposure, preferably in a high-end concept.
- Strong command of English and the local language, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
