Responsibilities:
  1. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  2. Strategic Alignment: Develop strategies and action plans to align with our business objectives, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Proposal Creation: Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  5. Negotiation and Partnership: Collaborate with clients to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  6. Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  8. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze business development activities, sales metrics, and market performance to provide regular reports and insights to management.
  9. Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously update your knowledge and skills in business development techniques, industry advancements, and emerging market trends.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
