Cultures & Enzymes Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cultures & Enzymes Specialist to join our Health & Biosciences team in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and protecting Cultures & Dairy Enzymes sales for a defined portfolio of accounts and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background or experience in Dairy industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. They will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The role will involve identifying and evaluating new market trends and opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing distributor partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, monitoring sales volume and revenue, and acting as a key ambassador for IFF at conferences and industry events.

The job requires a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience, with a strong understanding of the Dairy industry and its complexities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and protect Cultures & Dairy Enzymes sales for a defined portfolio of accounts and prospects.
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies and manage distributor partners.
