Sales Growth Strategist

Maximus Gulf is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to lead the commercial sales team in driving revenue growth and expansion. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, manage the sales team, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research: Identify new clients and understand industry trends through thorough market research.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Cultivate Relationships: Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to build trust and loyalty.
- Generate Leads: Develop leads through networking, cold calling, and proactive business development efforts.
- Deliver Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase products/services and value proposition.
- Negotiate Terms: Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a sales-related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in commercial sales or employer engagement, with at least 5 years in sales management roles.
- Strong Skills: Strong strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
