The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, manage the sales team, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new clients and understand industry trends through thorough market research.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to build trust and loyalty.
  • Generate Leads: Develop leads through networking, cold calling, and proactive business development efforts.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase products/services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate Terms: Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a sales-related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in commercial sales or employer engagement, with at least 5 years in sales management roles.
  • Strong Skills: Strong strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
