We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and payments.

This role requires proficiency in MS Excel for payroll reports and analysis, and managing payroll using QuickBooks or similar tools. Technical skills include payroll experience, knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws, and SOCPA registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Laws.
  • Process final settlements for employees exiting the company.
  • Provide support with journal ledger activities related to payroll and other financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance: A degree in Finance or related field is required.
  • SOCPA Registration: SOCPA registration is mandatory.
  • Payroll Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in payroll management.
