About the Role

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls Manager to join our team. As the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls functions of our upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Project Controls Processes: Design, develop, and implement project controls processes, procedures, and systems to ensure effective project delivery.
  2. Monitor and Control Project Scope, Budget, and Schedule: Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Analyze Project Data and Provide Insights: Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations to project teams to optimize project outcomes.
  4. Prepare and Present Project Performance Reports: Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  5. Identify Risks and Issues and Develop Mitigation Strategies: Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery is not compromised.
  6. Collaborate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination to achieve project objectives.
  7. Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to project controls team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  8. Ensure Compliance with Project Controls Processes and Standards: Ensure compliance with project controls processes and standards to ensure project delivery is consistent with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 15+ Years' Experience including 5 years' experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
  3. Strong Knowledge of Project Management Principles and Methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in Project Planning and Control Software.
  5. Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  6. Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
  7. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  8. Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment.
  9. Experience in the Civil Engineering Industry is Preferred.
