Your Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Reporting and visualization: Designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide insights into project performance, financial forecasts, and resource allocation. Utilizing tools like Microsoft Power BI, Excel, or other data visualization software to present data in a user-friendly format.
  2. Data management and analysis: Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project-related data from various sources, including project portfolio management (PPM) tools to extract meaningful insights and trends. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes. Interpreting data using statistical techniques and identifying patterns and trends within complex data sets.
  3. Compliance and standards: Reviewing and editing reports for quality to ensure that all reporting activities comply with organizational standards, methodologies, and relevant processes. Assisting in the development and maintenance of PMO documentation and processes.
  4. Performance tracking: Monitoring project progress against established metrics and KPIs. Identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to project teams and management.
  5. Continuous improvement: Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing data collection, reporting processes, and tools. Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analysis and reporting.
  6. Data analysis: Analyzing large-scale data sets, providing insightful conclusions to allow informed decision making. Supporting the PMO director and/or team members to address actions, recognize opportunities, and mitigate risks and issues.
  7. Reporting: Reporting to the senior reporting manager.
You'll Need To Have
  1. Educational background: A bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, project management, or a related field is typically required.
  2. Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SharePoint, familiarity with database management and ETL processes, and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  3. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
  4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
You'll Also Have

The necessary visa criteria that meet the requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience gained on high-value, complex projects and/or programs ideally with a project management consultancy business or similar. Extensive experience working for construction, industry, and/or top-tier consultancy companies.
