About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & PRO Executive to join our team at Intertec Systems. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and handling labor/immigration-related tasks.

Responsibilities include managing office locations, administering daily tasks, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining the office space. You will also work closely with our headquarters team to coordinate local requirements, handle banking transactions, and manage insurance administration.

Furthermore, you will support the recruitment and onboarding process, coordinate with vendors/customers for delivery services, and handle visa applications and labor matters. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office location and carry out day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Purchase office stationery and equipment as required
  • Responsible for office maintenance and coordination with the landlord
  • Coordinate with HQ team for any local requirements
  • Visit bank and submit/collect/request documents
  • Medical and other insurance administration
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding of employees; coordinate with respective departments for staff requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors/customers for order processing and manage local deliveries
  • Manage new/renewal visa applications and other labor matters
  • Coordinate with ministry/authorities for any technical support or clarification
