Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Significant experience in HR leadership roles, preferably as an HR Director or in a similar capacity.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  4. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex HR challenges.
  8. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
