We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the bathroom products and sanitary ware industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the bathroom products and sanitary ware industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
