Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives, specifically for Alpha Leadership Co.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the business objectives of the Food Retail sector, focusing on talent management and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Saudi labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including negotiating and managing contracts with manpower companies and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent for Alpha Leadership Co.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, ensuring fairness and equity for all employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop talent pipelines, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce for Alpha Leadership Co.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI for Alpha Leadership Co.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression, aligning with the company's growth strategy.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence at Alpha Leadership Co.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and handle HR metrics and reporting for senior management, providing insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are highly valued.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Food Retail or Retail industry.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and HR contract management, particularly with manpower suppliers.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
