**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dmk Consultancy International in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and managing a territory to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team to attain sales objectives and manage a territory to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to understand local customs and economics of the distribution channel.
- Ensure effective stock distribution of products and coverage by salesmen.
- Provide sound knowledge of selling techniques and sales administration processes.
- Command leadership of the sales team to drive sales performance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Sales Distribution Industry, preferably in the Dairy or Multinational food/Beverage sector.
Requirements:
- At least a Graduate degree, with a preference for an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years of demonstrated track record of field sales in the FMCG industry or preferably in the Dairy Industry.
- Strong selling skills, good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred), excellent presentation skills, and strong supervisory skills.
- A genuine Driving Licence Holder (LTV Preferred).
