Riverside Enterprises Sales Supervisor Job Description

A leading beverage company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  2. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales approaches.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular sales reports to stakeholders and communicate sales strategies and results to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Working Hours: Full-time
