About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Alnafitha as an AI and Data Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our advanced AI and data solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close deals in the professional services space, specifically focused on Data & AI Solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients
  • Convince clients on the right data solution leveraging their investments
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Alnafitha, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Data transformation strategies and practices
  • Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Operate and direct specific sales activities
  • Flexibility to travel
Requirements
  • Extensive experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Data & AI Solutions
  • Deep understanding of data concepts and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft stack, etc.
  • Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in direct sales with a quota of 3M+
  • Fully Bilingual (English / French) for roles based in Riyadh KSA
Technical Skills
  • Handled the full sales cycle – from origination to contract closure
  • Knowledge of Product-based Service Delivery Model – new ways of delivering operational services
  • Knowledge of creative deal shapes e.g. Managed Service deal that has embedded Data optimization, network modernization
  • Strong pricing acumen and competitive benchmarks at market level
  • Industry experience in State & Local Government, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Banking, Insurance
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment
  • High energy level, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character
