Gathern is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Trainee to join our team. As a Quality Control Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Monitor Call Quality: Assist in evaluating and monitoring call quality to ensure adherence to company standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Learn and Apply Quality Assurance Procedures: Learn and apply quality assurance procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to call center agents based on call evaluations, helping them to improve their performance and meet quality standards.
- Support Quality Reporting: Support the preparation of quality reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve call center operations.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to understand call center operations, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to identify and address areas for improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma Degree is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
