- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, with a commitment to compliance and ethical behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams, with a clear vision for success and a passion for excellence.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills a plus.
