Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation, for technical roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams at Info Resume Edge.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to source high-quality candidates who possess the required technical skills.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' technical expertise, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for the company's needs.
  • Business Development: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams, and streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities, ensuring a continuous supply of top talent for Info Resume Edge.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top technical talent, showcasing the benefits and opportunities available at Info Resume Edge.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage offer processes, including compensation and benefits discussions, to ensure competitive and attractive offers that meet the company's needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the tech job market to ensure competitive recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities are in line with company policies, diversity goals, and employment laws, maintaining a compliant and ethical recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter in IT, software development, or related industries, with a track record of success in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical job requirements, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies, ensuring a deep understanding of the technical skills required for the role.
  • Recruitment Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other industry-specific tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical candidates and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize recruitment efforts efficiently, ensuring timely completion of recruitment tasks and goals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectively, ensuring a successful outcome for both the candidate and the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in talent acquisition or technical recruiting, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or start-ups, with a proven track record of success in high-growth industries.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding interviews, ensuring a deep understanding of the technical skills required for the role.
