To further enhance our operations, we seek an experienced professional for the position of Office Manager & Executive Assistant.
- This role will be under the direct supervision of the Setec ME Support Services Dept. Manager based in Riyadh.
Job Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will support the HR department in organizing the recruitment process, handling administrative duties, and preparing essential documentation for new hires.
- They will also be responsible for assisting with financial and logistical matters.
- The selected individual will maintain organized records, format critical documents, and manage travel arrangements.
- The primary goal is to ensure efficient office operations and provide exceptional support to the team.
