We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Partner. This role will serve as a key partner to our sales team and customers, supporting the sales team in preparing, positioning, and integrating services to opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to influence deals internally.

  • Facilitate customer requirements discovery workshops to understand their needs and objectives.">
  • Pitch services aligned with customer objectives to ensure alignment and successful delivery.">
  • Qualify deals and set the services sales strategy to ensure effective service delivery.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet best practices and minimize risk.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role in customer success, professional services, management consultancy, or project management.">
  • Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple functions and geographical locations.">
  • A willingness to travel throughout the region as required.">
  • Competency in using tools like Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, and Gen AI for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.">
