B2B Sales and Business Development Manager

Sales and Growth Expert: We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales and Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our Comarch Open Platform (COP) solutions, supporting Banks in their digital transformation. Your expertise in enterprise software sales will help us achieve our goals and establish ourselves as a trusted partner in enterprise digital solutions.
About the Opportunity:- You will identify and develop new business opportunities for Comarch Open Platform
- Promote and sell enterprise software solutions, showcasing their benefits in optimizing performance, security, and cost management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Comarch as a trusted partner in enterprise digital solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs in enterprise software
- Lead negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients
- Represent Comarch at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Report activities and sales progress in internal systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record in selling cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Experience and established contacts within local banks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an additional advantage)
