Our partner is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, an understanding of the Events industry, and a successful track record in navigating the KSA market. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. This is an in-person role in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the KSA market, targeting B2B customers in key industries.
  • Identify, prospect, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the region.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating the value and ROI of SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Relationships:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in KSA, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in KSA to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in KSA (as required).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Events industry.
  • Strong sales track record in the KSA market, with established networks and relationships.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA business landscape, culture, and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

10,000 - 15,000 SAR + Commission on Sales
