We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and submission of high-quality proposals for transportation infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Missions/Main Duties
  • Coordinate proposal development process, from initial request for proposals (RFP) to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
  • Develop winning proposal strategies, including positioning, themes, and differentiation strategies.
  • Oversight of proposal content development, including executive summaries, technical approaches, project schedules, staffing plans, and cost estimates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic language an advantage.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the transportation or infrastructure sector.
