Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive the full sales cycle, from conducting engaging software demonstrations to closing subscription deals with brands.
You will proactively identify and engage prospective clients, educating them on how our platform can achieve their goals, and play a crucial role in expanding our client base.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, a passion for digital marketing, and a drive to establish Kliq as the leading influencer marketing platform in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of key decision-makers across various channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential brands, showcasing Kliq platform's value and features.
- Understand brand needs and tailor solutions to address their specific marketing objectives, selling on strategy, value and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close subscription agreements with brands, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and the initial post-sale period, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records, including client interactions, pipeline status, and personal performance, within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking against targets.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success).
