Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
Parsons Oman is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of construction projects.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, and that quality control measures are in place to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
