Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Open Axcss. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading Civil activities involved in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Identify and develop high-performing team members, and address underperformance through coaching and development.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality and safety, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the operations team to implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a construction project management role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and able to analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions.
