Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by fostering a culture of excellence and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to expand our client portfolio by staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients by highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our luxury hotel offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers by utilizing advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly by leveraging analytical skills and experience in CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for sales forecasting and planning.
- Experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
