Your Role

We seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to lead the management of all Quality Control functions within our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials, bought-out items, and review MTCs for conformance to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with external inspection agencies for inspection activities.
  • Evaluate and maintain adherence to Quality Control procedures and facilitate ITPs according to project needs and client expectations.
  • Supervise subcontractor inspections and assess their Quality performance.
  • Apply industry expertise in interpreting standards and codes.
  • Compile Quality reports for client handovers, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Lead internal and external audits, inspecting coded jobs.
  • Foster collaboration between Operations and clients on Quality issues.

Required Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • At least 7 years of Quality Control experience in Steel Structures and Warehouse or Factory Construction.

  • Expertise in current standards and codes.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
