Role Overview:
The Field Sales Representative is a critical role in driving sales growth in their assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing promotional plans to increase sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by category in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain long-term effective business relationships with customers
- Organize field visits to ensure availability of products and implement promotional plans
- Report market intelligence and sales analysis to sales management
- Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
