Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expansion within our defined territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Territory Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales territory to maximize coverage and opportunities, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired business outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, developing tailored sales approaches to meet their requirements.
  • Results-Oriented: Deliver on and exceed sales targets for the region, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: 8-10+ years of direct or under contract B2B sales experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
