We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a TAM, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and use of AWS services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on solutions and provide technical guidance to ensure successful implementation of AWS services.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers, to drive customer success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, or Solutions Architect.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Architecture / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
  • External customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
